COVID UPDATE 05/10: We've received guidelines from Girl Scouts of River Valleys and GSUSA have provided guidelines for volunteer-led day camps that we'll follow for Twilight Camp. We're getting regular updates and these may tighten or loosen as we get closer to camp in July.  Right now we expect:

  • Masks - Masks worn for all activities except swimming
  • Smaller Units - Keeping girls in smaller units with limited cross-unit interactions during the day
  • Social Distancing - Social distancing at sites, during ceremonies, songs, and activities
  • Health Screening at Check-In - Health questionnaire, checking for symptoms
  • Other - Lots of wipe downs, greater spacing between activities, modifications to drop-off/pick-up, still TBD

We'll provide updates as we get them. You may cancel a reservation with no penalty until June 15th if we must make an accommodation that you don't feel is appropriate for your family.  Please send questions to info@twilightcamp.org.

  • $85 - Girl Scout entering grades 1-6 and 7th grade campers

  • Cost: Free for 4-day volunteers, otherwise $20/day for 4-13 year old Girl Scout siblings. Sibling Care is ONLY available on the days that a parent volunteers.

  • Caddie, $10-$45 based on experience, options will appear below

  • Adult volunteer before or during camp (thanks for volunteering!) Please select volunteer days/options below.

  • Non-Girl Scout older sibling, brother, Boy Scout, etc. under 18 who will be helping at camp. Email info@twilightcamp.org if you'd like us to provide a letter verifying your service hours.

VOLUNTEER REMINDER: Twilight Camp is 100% volunteer run.  Each family should have at least one adult volunteer help an activity or chaperone assignment.  We schedule camp late in the day ("twilight") to allow adults to volunteer while accommodating work and home schedules.   Please register to volunteer after completing your Girl Scout's registration.    We'll send a Sign-Up Genius in late spring with times and roles. Thank you for your help in making this a great camp!

Emergency Contact Information

Please list someone other than the parent/guardian(s) above.  In the unlikely event of an emergency, for campers we will first contact any adult volunteer present in camp, then the parent/guardian, then the emergency contact.  For Adults Volunteers the Emergency Contact will be our first contact.

Health Information

Health Information is required by Girl Scouts for girls, volunteers, and siblings attending camp.  This information is the same used for the Girl Scout Health History report and authorizes first aid and emergency transport to a healthcare facility.   The Allergies and Activity Restrictions fields are shared with program staff and her Unit Leadership Team.  All other health information is kept confidential with the camp First Aider (nurse).

Do we have permission to administer Tylenol (acetaminophen), Advil (ibuprofen), and Benadryl (diphenhydramine), or their generic equivalents, as needed by the camp nurse (please select Yes or No for each.)

I have a specific concern I'd like to discuss in advance. Please contact me.
